| Situation | What to do |
|---|
| I changed something and lost access | Wait 60 seconds: without confirmation, the previous configuration rolls back automatically. |
| I forgot the panel password | On the console: berrycade passwd admin (or berrycade reset-admin). |
| “Muitas tentativas; aguarde 5 minutos” (Too many attempts; wait 5 minutes) | Wait, or on the console: berrycade unblock <user> / berrycade unblock --all. |
| The panel doesn't open | Check the address and port (Sistema › Configurações (System › Settings)), the trusted hosts, and whether the zone allows HTTPS. On the console, run berrycade status. |
| I changed the HTTPS port | Open https://<ip>:<new port>/ and click Confirmar (Confirm) in the yellow bar. |
| The internet doesn't work | Check the WAN link on the Painel de Controle (Dashboard), the PPPoE details in Rede › Interfaces (Network › Interfaces), and whether the LAN → WAN policy has NAT enabled. |
| A legitimate site is blocked | In Logs › Filtro Web (Logs › Web Filter), see which category blocked it and add the domain to the profile's “Domínios permitidos” (Allowed domains). |
| An app stopped working with deep inspection | Add the domain or the category to the SSL inspection profile's exemptions (apps with certificate pinning). |
| Configuration and kernel out of sync | This is usually fixed automatically; in Sistema › Serviços (System › Services), use Reaplicar configuração (Reapply configuration). |
